header so that it prints on every page.  <br/>

I am trying to print the customer name on the traveller and it does print on<br/>
the &#39;0&#39; level job, but it won&#39;t print for the subassemblies... I have tried<br/>
to make another formula field = to customer name and then print that but it<br/>
still doesn&#39;t work.   I remember seeing something like this on a thread<br/>
before but I don&#39;t remember the answer.  Thanks to all!</div>
