Karen,
That path exists on my machine, yes, but I have the developer edition of Crystal. It does not exist on other user's machines - I've been through several of them. The folder structure is different, and there are piles and piles of dlls, but no executables. And trying to run BAQ report designer on these other machines fails, too.
This wouldn't typically be troublesome, as I expect I'll do most of the report creation, but I have a few reports that I didn't build from BAQs and would like to launch from Vantage. To do that with a process link, I need to define the location of an executable. The "CustomeReport.dll" doesn't work for this kind of a report, since there's no XML file generated.
Hmmm. I might have to make like a stream and work my way around this via some other path, if the runtime will only work with xml files.
Thanks!
Lynn
