Crystal text in print preview, but not printing

Thanks for your suggestions. Of all things, I think I was printing
too small of a font for a 9 pin oki. duh! I'm so glad there isn't
another day in this week.

Hi,

Phase two of my packing slip battle. Now that all my fields are
showing, I've added a text box. Everything prints from crystal and
the text shows in print preview, but I can't seem to get it to print
out of Vantage. What am I missing? Tech support keeps giving me
patch after patch.

vantage 5.0/crystal 8.5

If I recall correctly I've seen this with printer driver incompatibility. Crystal only supports a few drivers. For laser printing I think most often I've fixed by forcing PC to use HPLJ-II or something old. Also, for kicks, try changing font for the text.
