Did you have 8.0 installed and/or a previous version of Vantage (prior to
5.2 when they started using 8.5) in that machine before? You might want to
ask support (if you have it) to send you the OCX fix.

If we print a Word document containing a Dataworks bar 39 field, the barcode
prints OK. Just seems to be a problem twixt Crystal & Windows XP. We get the
problem on any XP machine printing to any type of printer (OKI, TEC etc).
It's a strange one.

installed. If not, copy from your mfgsys60 folder from the server the file
DWBAR39.TTF and install the font in the XP workstation-desktop. This
