Have you looked at Epicweb for the Crystal 2008 rutnime?
I think SP3 is the latest "Crystal Reports 2008 Runtime SP3"

Also, if you haven't done this already... I found that I needed to fully patch my Crystal 2008 Developer, to SP4. There were quite a few issues without this.
I don't think these are on Epicweb, I had to go to SAP & set up an account first.
