Crystal & Zebra

Have you looked at Epicweb for the Crystal 2008 rutnime?
I think SP3 is the latest "Crystal Reports 2008 Runtime SP3"

Here is an Epicweb link to SP3:

https://epicweb.epicor.com/Support/epicor9/downloads/Crystal%20905600/Crystal%20Reports%202008%20Runtime%20SP3.zip.aspx

Also, if you haven't done this already... I found that I needed to fully patch my Crystal 2008 Developer, to SP4. There were quite a few issues without this.
I don't think these are on Epicweb, I had to go to SAP & set up an account first.

I've got a Crystal report that we've made to print labels when returning material to stock. For some reason it's printing rotated, as if I have landscape or portrait backwards. Despite way too much time playing with it, I cannot get the damn thing to rotate 90 degrees.

Things tried:

* Toggle Portrait/Landscape

* Change print size

* Create new report flipped 90 degrees

Any additional suggestions on what to look for?

Ken

Ken,

I posted this mid April - read below. We are using Crystal reports 2008.

FYI

All, I did received help from a group member who recommended that I applied
the Crystal patches up to SP4.

After applying SP4 to Crystal, my label is now printing with the correct
orientation.

Hi!

In the Zebra Printing Options, you must put the good papers size with the
landscape or not.
