We want to identify cure date (expiration date) for paints in Vantage
with the ability to run a report as needed to purge those materials
out of cure. Currently we try to manage this on a spreadsheet.
These items pass through inspection, so the first line of sight is the
inspector accepting the materials, who at that point would know the
appropriate cure date.
Any suggestion where to house such a date so it can be pulled off the
system, or better yet viewed on the system?
I looked at having the inspector mofify the lot tracker, but it
doesn't override the original lot number identified by the receiving
person.
