Curious Vantage Menu Screen - "Tree Top"

Check the resolution of the displays. You may have to change it to 800x600.
According to Epicor tech support, that's all they support. Sounds strange,
but it worked on a couple of my WS's.

One of my users and now myself have had a curious screen appear when
starting Vantage (4.00.812). It is like it has forgotten what the last
settings were when Vantage was last closed (Save on Exit). The right most
panel (of the three) is blank and the center section (with the menu
structure) is completely collapsed and the heading at the top says "Tree
Top" rather than "Vantage" or a sub-level name. No harm done and clicking
on a menu item correctly refreshes the column headings but it is a bit
strange.

I was just wondering if anyone else sees this and knows what causes it.
Also, in the case of the user that saw it, the favorites column was
collapsed on the left side and the contents column (right most) was
collapsed on the right side so all they had was the center section with the
heading 'Tree Top' and it was blank - this was very confusing to her. I've
never seen this behavior before in two years so am hoping this is not a
first symptom of something wrong in the database.
