# Custom Columns not exporting to Excel

I have used the following post ([Adding Columns to Existing Grid in Kinetic](https://www.epiusers.help/t/adding-columns-to-existing-grid-in-kinetic/112710)) to add custom columns to Epicor, and it is great. My issue is that when I export the grid to Excel, the custom columns are not being exported.

We are using Epicor Kinetic 2024.1 is there something I am missing or is it just not possible in this version?
