I am getting the error on some of my dashboards after clearing the cache that the .dll in question cannot be found. I can easily copy/paste these to the correct location on the local computer, but shouldn’t these be going to the server to pull them down when requested? It is a quick fix, but not a permanent solution. How do I change where Epicor goes to grab the .dlls from a shared location automatically?
I am having the same issue, Epicor will not pull down the dashboard .dll’s for any user.
Looks like it is only happening on cross company dashboards and only in the companies which do not own the dashboard. I’ve logged a ticket with Epicor so we’ll see what they come back with
If I remember correctly, I just redeployed the dashboards that were causing issues and that fixed the problem. I would be curious to know if that method also works for you.
We do not have a multi company set up, so you may have a more complicated issue that what I was experiencing.
Thanks Scott, we must be seeing something different. I have redeployed the dashboards in all companies but no dice. Will have to wait for Epicor support.
