Does anyone out there have report they use when making A/R Collections.

Specifically the aging of course, but I would also like the
phone number,
point of contact,
date of last payment, &
the payment amount.

I realize the AR Aging report has all but the last two. But I am
experiencing several customers, as we are typically a credit extending
industry who tell me they just sent out a check when I call for payment. I
realize I can review the customer tracker, but I was hoping somebody out
there built a better mousetrap.
