If you go into sales territory maintenance and go to Actions you will see where you can adjust a specific territory and tie it to a new sales rep. I havent done it in a while but you need to make sure that the territory for the old rep is not locked on the customer master. The Help screens can walk you through but if you have any questions you can e-mail me
