Customer Connect 6.10

It would seem that a customer can attach documents to an RFQ.
I can't seem to find any documentation on how this is done.
There's nothing obvious on the Connect RFQ webpage.
Does anybody have any ideas how to achieve this?

Is anybody out there using Connect at this level?
Our web server is remote from our site and I'm having a problem
understanding quite how Epicor can get the WebSpeed Messenger through our
ADSL router (which obviously connects us to the outside world) and contact
our Transaction Server.
I'd be very interested in any details (on or off Group) of the
configurations that anybody else is using because the response I'm getting
from Epicor is not quite giving me that warm, fuzzy feeling.
