Customer Connect + Product Configurator performance?

Mark...we were hoping the patch might help, but unfortunately not. We
did upgrade to 403D recently and are seeing the same results. The
"Test Inputs" method does take a reasonable amount of time (on the
scale you're talking about - 5-10 seconds). But the online/Customer
Connect component is still near that 9 minute mark.

Something is set up wrong or too complex, but we haven't gotten much
help or direction from Epicor on the topic.
