In Customer Credit Manager, when going into the customer looking at activity - then invoices when trying to filter by date range the box is blank and not showing the days/years/months.
This is only happening for 2 users.
We have checked and re-set their personalizations to default from the customer credit manager screen. Tried clearing the client cache and also checked whether there are any additional layers within application studio. Still not working for these users, anything else I can check or query the tables with in the database ?
