Customer Display on Scheduling Boards?

Hi all,

We are currently moving forward with scheduling and I have been asked if it would be possible to customise the scheduling boards to display the customer.

I think the best way to do this would probably be on the grid view but was hoping someone could give me some advice on the best way to achieve this?

In the job scheduling board, the customer is in the left side of the screen, you may have to expand the left side, or scroll over. Is that all you needed?

I have looked and can only see CustID and not Customer.

Yes. We use a customer ID that is just an abbreviation of the customer name, so we don’t need the whole customer name. I am not sure if you can customize that screen to show the full customer name.
