Customer Entry Warning box with popup text box

The team is asking me to create a Warning Box that’s Red in color when checkbox is checked on the Customer Entry screen. They also requested a notes text box popup when you click on the warning that will display warning notes about the customer. These notes can be created by any order entry user.
They also want this field and notes box to display on the quote entry screen as well when that specific customer is added to a quote so the quote entry specialist will know to check the special warning notes before going forward with the quote for that customer.

Suggestion, check out the customizations guides, a lot of what you are asking is in the documentation. Still can’t find it in the documentation search here there are many posts that will help set you in the right direction.

Start off simple and possibly use the memos attached to the customer record to store the message to be displayed.
