One of our customers is wanting to order several of or parts based on his kit numbers. Basically his kit number would have 3-5 our our part numbers. Will Customer Part Cross Ref allow a one to many so that we can just put this number in and Epicor creates the rest or is it only one to one?
That is one to one HOWEVER this is EXACTLY what sales kits in Epicor do.

So put my customer sales kits into our system and and just set them up accordingly is your suggestion?
MY suggestion would be to go into your Pilot/Test and play with Sales Kits. They are BOMs in Epicor. Think about how you want the pricing to work. Look at how the Pick List prints and what you want printed on the customer documents and see if it’ll work for you. I think will do what you want based on your brief description.
