Customer Maintenance Customisation

Personally, I would go to customer update under BPM, I left conditions blank and under actions I selected to execute a 4gl with this code

find first ttcustomer where ttcustomer.RowMod="A" no-lock no-error.
IF available ttcustomer THEN do:
ttcustomer.PrintStatements=True.

END.

Hi All

My Sales Manager wants the Customer Maintenance screen so when a new
customer/suspect/prospect is created the 'Statements' tick box automatically has
a tick in it (so Acknowledgement, Labels and Statements) will all have a tick in
them.

At present Acknowledgment and Labels automatically have a tick in them when you
create a new customer.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

CHRIS

BPM will do this pretty easily. Just stick something on 'getnewcustomer'.

Check boxes are Boolean values.. True or False... sometimes 1 or 0,
depending on your interface..from a progress standpoint its True or
False which is how youll approach it via a BPM.. if youre going in thru
a sql type interface a 0 or 1 works.. you should be able to set those
thru the standard selections without any scripting
