We notice that when we enter a customer part number to a sales order, the price doesn’t come up, even though we have a customer part cross-reference set up.  It does change the part number to our part number and put the customer part number in the Customer Part Number field, but the price is zero.  Does anyone know if there is an SRC to fix this?  If we key in our part number to the part number field, it brings in the price.
