Customer Portals

Hello,
Just thought I would raise this again.  Surely there is someone out there that is providing some sort of Web based customer support to their customers, integrated or not with Epicor 9/10.

Any information is greatly appreciated.

Is anyone out there using Case Management in E9/E10?

Hello,
I am hoping to get some feedback as to how people are integrating Epicor 9 or 10 to a Customer Portal.  We are interested in the CRM side of things, allowing customers logging tickets and files, on line, reviewing the status of those tickets and searching for resolutions.

If you are not integrating with Epicor I would still be interested in what Customer Portal solutions you are using.
