Has anyone created an Audit Trail for the actually Price Breaks in Customer Price List?

I can find the Table PriceLstParts in Business Activity Manager.

We also need to track changes on PLPartBrk.

This is not available when I search for Tables in the Business Activity Manager.

Also, there are no user define fields on PLPartBrk. I just need to be pointed to how to create more fields.

We have exactly the same requirement. And we are needing a similar Audit Trail in the TFOrdDtl which again does not appear in the list of tables in the BAM. Be glad if anyone can point us in the right direction?
