Customer Price List

I am trying to import a Customer Price List. I was able to export a Customer Price List and I followed the same format for setting up the import. The import file was placed on the Epicor server before importing and it is in CSV format. I have not been able to successfully import anything yet. Is anyone successfully importing Customer Price Lists? and if so, how are you doing it? We do not have service connect. I'm using the import/export capability built into the Price list maint. screen. I locate the file on the server, click on the submit icon. Nothing happens. Import/Export dialog box sits there and says process is submitted. No result.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
