Would anyone be willing to share how they handle Customer Service v.
Production in your organization? We have a Customer Service department that
performs relatively standard functions--warranty repairs, miscellaneous
spare part sales, maintenance calls, etc.. We are having trouble separating
their sales orders, inventory, and other functions from our production
plant. I believe the Multi-plant module is one way to do this, but is anyone
doing it without having CS be a separate plant? Thanks in advance for any
