Customer Shipment Entry (8.03.406A)

Is any other way to get into named search than from Pack Id search. beacause I can't even open pack id search.

Hello,

We have a problem with our Customer Shipment Entry. When we are trying
run search for my customer shipment entry and We click Pack ID, search
for pack id is not going show up. It is going automatically insert pack
id and every time is take the same pack id. It is doing for one login.

We removed all personalization and customization for Customer Shipment
Entry.
