We are multi-site we would like to change the default behavior of the Customer shipment tracker.
Currently if you right click a pack and open with the tracker it will only show you packs within your site we would like to see the pack no matter which site it was created in. I thought I could just create a layer in app studio on the shipment tracker for All SItes but after poking around for a while I am failing to see where it restricts the view to the current site is it in the rules,events dataset I’m a novice in App studio have poked around but can’t see it. Is it possible?
