Customer Statement of Account

Some of our customers ask for a statement of their account, ie; orders to date, values, descriptions, dates etc. Is there something built into E10 that we can send or do we have to develop our own?

Look in AR reports or sales orders reports, they do have a customer statement report that gives that type of info.

Thanks Rob, I will have a look in there.

All historical transactions are recorded on the customer statement any and all credits, etc. and they cannot be hidden from customer from what I recall. So any CMs or adjustments you do will all appear.

Also, important to remember is that the customer records that have their Statement check box selected are the only customers available for this report. This box is selected on the Detail sheet of the Customer Maintenance program.
