Customer statements aren't correct

First part, sounds like a bug you might want to call in about :S …

Second part, we created new statements the out of the box ones are confusing, and have way to much wasted space. The big issue we found with our customers was future balance vs current balance. To them they are one in the same. Fair enough I say.

Subject: [Vantage] Customer statements aren't correct

Our accounting department has just discovered that some of our customer statements are not calculating correctly. For example, one customer owes nothing but the statement shows a balance due of $543.

Has anyone else had this problem? If so, what did you do about it?

We have also had complaints from our customers that our statements are too difficult to decipher. Does everyone else in this group use the standard customer statement report or have you developed your own?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
