Customer Statements in 6.1

Eureka! I checked my .vtg file and I was using one created for terminal
server. I changed it and it worked. Thank you, Pat!

Create a C:\temp file on your client PC if it doesn't have one.
Are the temp files getting places in this folder?
I have found that Impact Informer does some weird things like this and
thought it might be worth a try in your case.

My temp directory is c:\epicor\mfgsys61 and it does work with other crystal
reports (.dbf files are created and reports are generated from Vantage). It
is the customer statement that does not generate any .dbf file to read. I
would suspect that my settings are incorrect if any other crystal report did
not work. Unfortunately, it is just customer statements so far.

Support send me a patch to Crystal 8.5. I installed the patch locally with
the same unhappy results....

We upgraded from 5.1 to 6.0 over the weekend.

I am now changing the arform to simplfy it.

I have not had any problems.

My temp path is c:\epicor\mfgwk60.

I think its only creating a report if you select a specific customer.
(Not if all customers is selected)
