I've considered Maintenance, but then I remove control of my customer
master file from administration not to mention I've now given them access to
credit information. Thanks for the suggestion.

Terry,
Why don't you give them access to Customer Maintenance instead of Customer
Tracker. This way they can change your phone numbers if they are changed or
add contacts. and you will not give them access to orders, invoices,
etc....
