Are you using CRM?

If so make sure each user can " View all Territories". This is under
work force ID.

Subject: [Vantage] customers missing to some users

We are currently running Vantage 6.10.543. We have run across a problem
that we have never seen before, but I am hoping that maybe some of you
have. We have one user that apparently cannot see all of the customers
when he is entering a sales order, or in the customer maintenance
either. The filters are all set correctly ("ALL"), but there are several
customers that just don't show up. Other users are able to see the
customers, so I'm not sure what is wrong. We believe that he has been
able to see these customers before.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Cindy

We are using Vantage 6.10.543 and are having a problem that I have not seen before, but I am hoping that some of you have. One of the users went to add a sales order and when he browsed for the customer, it was not there; however, it is there on several others who are logged in. It is a "customer" as opposed to a prospect or suspect, and he has changed the filter from "Customer" to "ALL" and it still doesn't show up. The Territory is set to "ALL". In addition, there are several other customers are not showing up on the customer list either.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks,
Cindy
