I am trying to customize Invoice Tracker by adding to the Summary page the Tracking number of the shipment. I have added an epiTextBox and then on EpiBinding selected ShipHead.TrackingNumber. When I bring up an invoice that has a tracking number, nothing appears in the box. I have even added an epiTextbox for the ShipHead.PackNum and it is blank. Am I forgeting to do something, or is there a reason the ShipHead record is not being populated on the Invoice tracker?

Mike, we are having the same issue with adding tracking number to the AR Invoice. I have not reported this to Epicor support but several of us have looked at it and it looks like a bug to us

We have added to the ARForm (Invoice) the Tracking number and weight from Shiphead. This works. My problem is in trying to customize Invoice Tracker, the ShipHead data doesn’t appear to be populated even though the customization allows you to bind to ShipHead.

Have you tried bringing in the shiphed table as a foreign key view to see if that will work?
