Has anyone come up with a customization for Ship Via that is easy to implement and makes sense? I hate having the following in the dropdown:
UPS Ground Collect
UPS Blue Collect
UPS Air
UPS Santa Clause Collect
UPS Red Collect
I wish Epicor was set up to select the carrier (e.g. UPS), then another dropdown for the “type” that the carrier has (e.g. Red), and then have an account number field.
It seems so simple! If anyone has done something like this, I would be interested in learning how.
