I've checked that location as well, the folder is empty.

I have a couple of issues I would like to run by the forum to see if I can get any assistance. Presently I am the only IT person in my company and currently do not have access to the Tools Guide or Tech Support.


1. I have created some custom reports using the Report Customization tutorial video. Upon entering CR to continue with customization I am unable to find these reports. I have searched my PC as well as our Epicor server.

2. Received a set of instructions from a Workshop book that would allow me to Mass Assign Firm Sales Order Release. All attempts to get this customization to work have been unsuccessful.

Did you create the custom reports using the BAQ or ODBC.

Mike,
By default the reports are in: c:\epicor\mfgsys803\Server\reports on your Vantage server.
or using a unc, \\<servername>\epicor\mfgsys803\Server\reports

Correct, I searched there. The reports listed are not the ones I've created. They are the reports that come with Vantage and/or the custom reports that my company had Epicor create.
