Customization on RMA Dispostions called from Inspection Processi

When I put the Calling App value in the Called From field, it began working.

I've just put a screen customization with a bunch of UD fields on the RMA Dispositions form. Unfortunately, the inspectors call that form from a button on the lower right of the Inspection Processing screen, which does not show a MenuID to attach the customization to. Do I have to actually customize the button somehow to get the scree to show my changes, and if so, how do I do that?
