Customizations not showing up for other users

I configured a bunch of customisation in pilot environment for the SLS. I needed 3 separate customisations to be displayed as well as a dashboard and I’ve followed the process with all 4 and I am having no luck.

The below highlights one of the examples following a client form customisation. I unchecked “All Companies” as it will only display the Customisation when that box is unchecked (There are two company’s.) “Allow Access to All Groups/Users” is also enabled. When the other users have developer mode on they can see the customisation’s appear however when we all have developer mode off the base level is still shown. Have also cleared client cache and have no personalisations on and logged out/in.


All I am needing is for the customisations to show as the base form.

Go mark the customization as all companies, and fix the menu.

I unticked All Companies because it doesn’t show my customisation if I do that. This is what it is showing now as the options

I believe you need to resave the customization so it is available for all companies. One way to do that is to open the customization in developer mode and select file->save as and make sure to check the “All Companies” checkbox.
