Customizations only applying to full license users, not /CRM

We have customised the customer entry form.
Full license users have the customisations visible as expected but those with a /crm license only don’t see the changes (they have rebooted etc.

How do I get the customisations do deploy for them also??

They are following the same pathway, the menu id is a customised version of customer entry and they can click on it but it opens with an older version of the customisation that the full license users see.

I would make sure these users don’t have a personalization on the Customer Entry form. I’ve had situations before where an employee will see their personalization instead of the new customization until I delete it.
