First of all, we're on version 9.05.702.
I'm new to creating dashboards, and I'm having difficulties modifying size and location of a tracker panel. While in developer
mode, I'm able to adjust the grid panel how I want to. I select "save" in the Customization Tools Dialog box, close it, select "save" on the tool bar on my dashboard, and close the dashboard. However, when I reopen the dashboard, may changes that I thought were saved are lost.
What step am I missing?

After you make your layout changes, go to tools menu, layouts, save layouts as default – then save your dashboard.

Thanks, that got it to save the location, but it still won't save the new size settings. I tried different sizes, trying to eliminate a possible issue with the size I trying to adjust to, but still no luck.

One thing to check for is in the customization mode of the TrackerView. Go to CustomXML Editor. Click on the Custom Properties tab and look at just the records regarding your control that is having the problem, then within that list of records find under the column name ‘PropertyName’ and see if there is any values that start with ‘Anchor’. For example it may say ‘Anchor Left’, ‘Anchor Top’, ‘Anchor Height’, etc. Remove that/those line(s).

Thanks for the anchor idea. I tried changing the anchor values to "None", but that still didn't work. Like I mention previously, I can make it look how I need it to, it just doesn't want to save those settings when I reopen the dashboard.

One thing to check for is in the customization mode of the TrackerView. Go to CustomXML Editor. Click on the Custom Properties tab and look at just the
records regarding your control that is having the problem, then within that list of records find under the column name ‘PropertyName’ and see if there is any values that start with ‘Anchor’. For example it may say ‘Anchor Left’, ‘Anchor Top’, ‘Anchor Height’,
etc. Remove that/those line(s).

First of all, we're on version 9.05.702.
I'm new to creating dashboards, and I'm having difficulties modifying size and location of a tracker panel. While in developer mode, I'm able to adjust the grid panel how I want to. I select "save" in
the Customization Tools Dialog box, close it, select "save" on the tool bar on my dashboard, and close the dashboard. However, when I reopen the dashboard, may changes that I thought were saved are lost.
What step am I missing?

Don’t change the value to none. Remove the line all together.

Thanks for the anchor idea. I tried changing the anchor values to "None", but that still didn't work. Like I mention previously, I can make it look how I need it to, it just doesn't want to save those settings when I reopen the dashboard.
