Check the application server event viewer for more detail. Do you have access to the application server?

No, I do not. We have outside IT support - no one internal.

The error may also be in the serverlog files, but then again I don’t think those would be shared with you or in a shared location.

You really need to see the detail here. Anyone else have any ideas on how to see this error information?
