Once we were told that automated Cycle Count doesn’t like multiple warehouses.

Basically we have several warehouses and when we try to allow the system to calculate the cycle count it is not pulling enough for us to count. It will pull a part number but only from one warehouse not all of them. Does this make sense?

cycle counting is done by warehouse.
you can have separate cycles in each warehouse.

If you have epicor Education there is a course on setting up cycle counts.
