I have a landing page BAQ grid for Case Entry. When i filter by Open or Closed, the case numbers are all Hyperlinked (YAY!). When i filter by All, no Hyperlink! (BOOOO!)
I can’t seem to locate the magic recipe to turn those case numbers into links. Does anybody know how to do this?

Is this a custom grid that you put in place of the stock Landing Page grid?
This is a custom landing page from what i can tell.
Well, generally speaking, to make a column a link, that is done in Grid Model > Columns. There is an “Is Link” checkbox.
Then you would wire up an event to happen onclick of that grid/column.
But I’m not able to think of any reason that property would change as you change views.
BUT… since this is a custom grid. Each “View” can be built with its own BAQ, Columns, etc.
So, on the Landing Page, click on the grid… under Advanced, go into the “View Options”.
You should see your Open, Closed, and All views there.
Click into the “Columns”… is this “potentially custom” grid defining columns here? If so, my guess is that the CaseNum column is set to “Is Link” in two of the Views, but not in the "All " view.
