Dashboard Column linking to Case Entry screen

Hi Everyone,

I have developed a dashboard in Kinetic and I want to link the case no column to the Case entry screen. I have developed on click event but it is not working.

Does right click open with not work in your version?

That is working fine. Actually, that dashboard is mostly used on Mobile so client wants to click on it.
