Dashboard Date Range - Issue

Hi All,

Anyone come across this issue? I pick a date within the From/To ranges of two date fields and the date will revert back to a random date… Today it’s the 06/05/2021 or 05/06/2021 (american)

Here is a example… I can’t seem to find any solutions regarding this…

It almost looks as if they are assigned to the same date field (the second one reverts back to what the first is set to).

Exactly that… same date field. I will resolve now and fix :slight_smile:

By the way. Its okay to have both date fields the same QueryColumn in the properties. One will have a dashboard condition of ‘GreaterThanOrEqualTo’ and the other would be ‘LessThanOrEqualTo’.

Can you test this. If you change the date range on your tracker then refresh. Then click on a different record in your grid view does the dates change on the tracker to the date that is on the record your selected? If so, then also check the properties of the tracker view and check ‘Input Prompts Only’ on the bottom left. With this checked it will keep what you enter in the tracker fields. If this is unchecked the tracker fields will change each time you click on a record or in this case it will change to the first record dates that is on the grid.

I know this is a bit old, but I’ve forgotten how to open the dashboard options I don’t seem to have them available.
