# Dashboard Filter

So we have a dashboard with multiple fields in the tracker view we could search by. I want the user to have to put something in. I don’t care which field they use I just don’t want them to run it wdie open. I tried using the criteria required…it prompts me that i have to put data in but whey I click ok it still populated EVERYTHING. how can i force the users to place data in one of the tracker fields. If i select honor null for all i have to fill ALL in.

It is a known issue in E9 and fixed in 10
