This dashboard allows a user to select their job and enter manually notes and the time they worked on the job.
However, any time we try to add a new line and try to select our name in the list, different bug happens:
the page will freeze
the page will reset some of the information and go back to top
the page will go back to top and when scrolling back down to try and select a name the page will go back to top
We looked into using different mobile browsers and update the software and apps but no luck.
This has been bugging me for a while. Did any of you encounter similar issues and would have an idea on where to look in Application Studio for exemple?
The dashboard was working fine until the last 2-3 major updates. It started to have issues, always hoping maybe it’s a bug that would get resolved automatically on an update but no luck here as well.
Are you on an iPhone? Because all browsers on iPhone use the same Apple WebKit underneath, so you would not see a difference anyway. Do you have the same issue on Android (or even on PC for that matter)?
I seem to remember we had the same issue a while back when I originally worked on that dashboard, and I think it was on iPhone only… Or maybe it was just an issue in portrait mode, and worked fine in landscape mode? Something along those lines…
You can also try to zoom out to 90% or so in the browser and see if that helps…
Hey Hugo Happy new year as well and health and security to you and your family.
The issues has been accros all devices for a while now (Android and iPhone). We tried a bunch of stuf like going landscape with the phone, zoom in/out, use the fullscreen option. Nothing works.
I was able to actually enter time once but it was a pain to get there.
I tried as well to go in Application studio put the layout width to 100% for all sections to force them to be one after the other in any scenerio, but that did not fix it either.
