Dashboard - Missing Column for Certain Users

Hi all, this is a strange one that I’m trying to wrap my head around.

On our ‘Credit Hold Orders - Dashboard’ one of users reported a sudden loss of visibility to the ‘Deposit Balance’ column. Other users who access this dashboard can still the column and have had no change in visiblity. I do not actively use the dashboard but in review I found that I also cannot see the ‘Deposit Balance’ column until going into App Studio.

To trouble shoot we double checked personalizations, personalize columns, security permissions,and app studio.

App studio shows the column as unhidden, available, and only has the base layer. The 2 other users who can see the column have the same security perms as the user who cannot.

Has anyone else encountered this? Wondering why this would suddenly become an issue and what we can do to bring back visibility.

** We just upgraded to 2025.2.13 on Friday of last week. **

No dice with the purge layout dashboard but a nice tool to keep up our sleeves for future use!

In this go around the users column preferences were reset but the ‘Deposit Balance’ column is still missing.

Not sure this explains the differing behavior per user but you could try disable currency toggle on the field in App Studio

That seemed to do the trick, thanks for the suggestion! Frustrating how currency decided to show for some but not all…
