Create a Calculated field in the Baq as

Length(table.field)

Then like Rob says use a RowRule.

The correct threshold will require trial and error to determine.

Is the dashboard designed in such a way that you can try applying a
RowRule?

like to highlight the comment text field( or add an image) when the
