Everything works correctly while running the dashboard. However, after deploying the dashboard and reopening it from the menu, the tracker changes (such as the tracker conditions/settings) are automatically reverting to their previous state. if I’m missing a deployment or configuration step?
Have you restarted Epicor after you deploy the dashboard? At times, you need to restart Epicor to see the changes reflected in dashboards.
Yes, I restarted Epicor after deploying the dashboard, but I’m still seeing the same issue. The changes work until I restart Epicor, and after reopening, the tracker settings revert to their previous state.
And sometimes you have to clear the client cache to make sure the new version of the Dashboard is loaded, especially if you’re in Classic Screens.

Do you have any personalization’s you need to delete on the dashboard?
Does the Menu item used point to the customization?
Are you deploying as an assembly or runtime dashboard?
There’s a “Bug” in run time dashboards where the dashboards don’t remember the size of the tracker. If you go to properties, click ok, then they will go back.
To save it, you need to deploy the dashboard, then on the menu choose “Assembly” dashboard, so it’ the compiled one, and not runtime.
