Do you know for sure that the BAQ will bring any data for the value you provided
in the ResourceID?
If there are no records that meet the criteria you won't see the dashboard do
anything.
You can verify this by going into your BAQ and placing a condition on your
ResourceID with the same value you provided in the dashboard and run the BAQ to
see if you get results.
