Data Collection 2023.2 how to get to settings to change theme?

In Data Collection 2023.2 how do you get to settings to change themes? Actually I cannot fins a way to do this in 2021.2.5 either. Some of our shop floor users are stuck in NightWing and would like to lighten up.

If you set a theme in preferences in the full client it get also loaded into MES.
