We are struggling with finding time for IT to do system maintenance. We have not been able to find a good window where one shift or another is not scheduled to work. We have concluded that we will need to have people track their labor activitieson paper and then upload via DMT. We have been told that even if Data Collection is on another server people will still be bumped off when SQL server maintenance is done. I am curious as to how other businesses manage this?
Manually track and then load when the system is back up. There are no other options unless you build your own program for when Epicor is down.

That’s what we did for labeling. We said screw it on labor.
